Costa Cruises Announces Partnership with Bing for Onboard Entertainment on Toscana and Smeralda in 2024

Costa Cruises is teaming up with Acamar Films to bring the beloved animated character Bing Bunny to two of its ships in 2024.

From this summer, the young passengers of Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda will have the opportunity to meet Bing, the iconic character cherished by toddlers and pre-schoolers alike.

Each week, families aboard these ships can look forward to a range of Bing-themed festivities, including appearances by Bing in costume, thematic parades, and celebratory events.

“Introducing Bing to our ships will enhance the travel experience for families, providing something truly unique and special,” stated Paolo Reggiani, Entertainment Director at Costa Cruises. “Bing enjoys immense popularity among young children, and we’re excited to offer them fun and engaging activities on Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda. This partnership allows us to provide not only entertainment but also memorable moments that families will cherish long after their journey,” he added.

Throughout the summer of 2024, Costa Toscana and Costa Smeralda will explore the waters of Italy, France, and Spain on week-long routes. Costa Smeralda’s itinerary includes stops in Genoa, Marseille, Barcelona, Cagliari, Naples, and Civitavecchia/Rome, whereas Costa Toscana will dock at Savona, Marseille, Barcelona, Ibiza, Palermo, and Civitavecchia/Rome.
