Celestyal Launches Innovative Booking Tool Exclusively for Travel Agents

Celestyal Cruises has introduced a new feature for its trade portal, as per a recent announcement.

The tool is designed to assist travel agents in booking both cruises and land packages for clients, Celestyal reports.

This option is accessible through the company’s trade booking system and includes additional services such as booking pre- and post-cruise hotel accommodations and land transfers.

Celestyal notes that all hotels are rated four-star or higher and it facilitates private airport, hotel, and port transfers.

“We’re excited to debut this new tool to our trade partners, enhancing their ability to deliver more tailored and extensive service options to their clients,” stated Brandon Townsley, Vice President and Managing Director North America at Celestyal.

He further noted that this integration of cruise and land packages, which includes superior hotel stays and private transfers, heightens the perceived value and ease of the Celestyal experience.

The feature currently supports numerous 2024 and 2025 sailings departing from Athens. It includes different itinerary choices like the three and four-night “Iconic Aegean,” the seven-night “Idyllic Aegean,” the seven-night “Steps of Paul,” and the soon-to-be-launched seven-night “Heavenly Adriatic.”

Celestyal also plans to broaden these offerings to include new itineraries in the Arabian Gulf.

Following the introduction of two new ships, Celestyal completed a full fleet upgrade in 2024.

Operating since 2003, the Celestyal Discovery and the Celestyal Journey, launched in 1993, are expanding their deployments to introduce new routes in the Middle East, as detailed here.

The company’s introduction to the region includes the “Desert Days,” a seven-night Arabian Gulf itinerary on the Journey.

Both the Journey and the Discovery are set to navigate to destinations in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and more during the 2025-26 winter season, as outlined here.
