Margaritaville at Sea Commemorates ‘Jimmy Buffett Day’ with Exciting Celebrations

In celebration of Jimmy Buffett Day on Aug. 30, Margaritaville at Sea has announced a range of special onboard activities to honor his contributions to the community and dedication to creating a positive impact, according to a press release.

From August 28 to September 4, all bars on the ships will offer signature beverages in unique commemorative cups. For each drink sold, $1 will be donated to “Singing for Change.” The spotlight beverages include the Mango Sunset Margarita, Caribbean Sandbar, LandShark Lager, Michelob Ultra, and Bud Light.

Limited edition merchandise will be also available for purchase at the ships’ retail outlets, with proceeds partially benefiting “Singing for Change.”

On Jimmy Buffett Day (August 30) and throughout the Labor Day Weekend, the Margaritaville at Sea crew will engage in a “Day of Service” initiative, giving their time to help various local charitable organizations.

All Margaritaville communities, properties, resorts, restaurants, destinations, hotels, and cruises will take part in the Day of Service activities on Jimmy Buffett Day and throughout the Labor Day Weekend.
