CCL-Carnival Unveils Over 30 Dining and Bar Experiences at the New Celebration Key Destination

CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled an extensive preview of the culinary and beverage options that will be available at its soon-to-open exclusive destination, Celebration Key, which is set to debut in Grand Bahama in July 2025. This new port will boast over 30 dining and drinking venues, featuring a wide array of cuisine, including traditional Bahamian dishes, beachside classics, seafood, barbecue, and more.

Notable offerings will include four full-service restaurants, a food hall, nine food trucks, snack shacks, and twelve bars. Dining options will encompass everything from casual grab-and-go meals to waterfront dining experiences. Mingo’s Tropical Bar & Kitchen, located at Calypso Lagoon, will serve Bahamian delicacies such as conch fritters and fried fish, along with popular burgers and seafood selections. For those in search of faster service, Mingo’s Express food truck will offer items like hamburgers and salads.

At Surf N’ Sauce BBQ & Brews, diners can savor slow-smoked meats made in an outdoor smoker, complemented by a variety of sauces and side dishes. This restaurant will also present craft beers sourced from local Bahamian breweries. Seafood aficionados will find delight at Gill’s Grill at Starfish Lagoon, specializing in Caribbean seafood, with menu items including lobster, steamed crab, and shrimp, as well as family-friendly choices like burgers and chicken.

The Captain’s Galley Food Hall will feature a rapid and diverse dining experience, providing pizza, fried chicken, tacos, Mediterranean bowls, and more. Food trucks and snack shacks scattered throughout the destination will serve classic beachside fare like conch fritters, hot dogs, wraps, and refreshing beverages.

Among the numerous bars, the in-lagoon Long Necks Bar at Calypso Lagoon will provide a swim-up bar experience with seating for 100 guests. In contrast, the Sunshine Swings Bar will offer a laid-back vibe, featuring 40 swings for guests to relax while enjoying tropical cocktails. Celebration Key is set to present an array of dining and drinking options crafted to cater to a multitude of tastes and preferences, enhancing the overall experience for visitors at Carnival’s newest Caribbean destination.
