Grupo Vidanta Chooses cruisePAL Central Reservation System for Enhanced Travel Experience

Grupo Vidanta has selected Resco’s cruisePAL Central Reservation System (CRS) to manage its cruise reservation operations, as announced in a recent newsletter from Resco.

“Our partnership has been fantastic so far, and we are thrilled to keep collaborating. Their flexibility and adaptability have continually matched our evolving business requirements, establishing cruisePAL as the perfect solution for expanding our reservation system,” stated Len Dudis, chief information officer at Grupo Vidanta.

Operating as a unified, integrated solution, cruisePAL CRS will be employed to oversee various components of Grupo Vidanta’s reservation workflow, including bookings, payments, sales invoices, and agency account reconciliation.

Moreover, Grupo Vidanta plans to leverage the system’s API to develop B2C and B2B portals, according to Resco.

With this digital solution, the company aims to enhance reservation processes, centralize management, and empower remote agents.

Looking to expand in 2025, Grupo Vidanta has been collaborating with Resco since 2018.

After acquiring a cruise ship in 2017, the Mexico-based resort developer is preparing to launch itineraries in Europe and the Caribbean.

Beginning next February, the Vidanta Elegant is set to offer adults-only cruises around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean under the VidantaWorld brand.

Characterized as a mega-yacht, the 298-passenger vessel has undergone significant renovations to enhance staterooms and public areas.

According to Vidanta, the ship now provides double the space of other luxury vessels, along with a nearly one-to-one crew-to-guest ratio and 13 bars and restaurants.

Additional amenities include exclusive access to a VIP Lounge for guests in suite-level accommodations. This private area also offers complimentary soft drinks and snacks.
