Quebec Celebrates Azamara Journey’s Maiden Voyage: A New Era of Cruising
The Port of Quebec had the honor of welcoming Azamara Journey for its inaugural visit on Wednesday, October 23.
The Azamara Journey, built in 2000, docked in Quebec while on its 12-night adventure through Canada and New England, having departed from Boston, Massachusetts on October 12. To mark this special occasion, a traditional plaque exchange ceremony was held.
This voyage featured stops in various locations, including Portland and Eastport in Maine; Saint John in New Brunswick; Halifax and Sydney in Nova Scotia; Havre St Pierre, Sept-Iles, and Saguenay in Quebec, culminating in Quebec City. The journey wrapped up in Montreal on Thursday, October 23.
