Regent’s Seven Seas Voyager Docks at New Mangalore Port: A Luxurious Arabian Sea Cruise Experience

The Bahamas-flagged cruise ship, Seven Seas Voyager, made its scheduled stop at India’s New Mangalore Port on December 27th. This marks the second vessel to dock at the port this season.

Operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the luxury ship arrived at 6:30 a.m. and set sail again at 5:30 p.m. Designed for a maximum capacity of 770 passengers and staffed by 450 crew members, the 206-meter long vessel boasts a volume of 42,363 GT-tons, featuring 12 decks and 353 staterooms.

The ship is currently on its Arabian Sea itinerary, traveling from Fujairah, UAE to Colombo, Sri Lanka, with stops at key Indian port cities including Mumbai, Goa, New Mangalore, and Cochin.

Upon arrival, passengers were warmly welcomed with traditional Indian hospitality, highlighting the cultural heritage of the region. Various shore excursions were arranged, enabling guests to explore notable local attractions such as the Karkala Gomateshwara Temple, 1000 Pillar Basadi, Soans Farm, Kalbhavi Cashew Factory, Gokarnatha Temple, and vibrant local markets.
