• Kaissechmarrn: This modern take on the classic Austrian dessert comes from Chef de Patisserie Ramzi Morjme of TUI Maya. The dish incorporates traditional ingredients such as flour, eggs, sugar, butter, and milk, accompanied by plum compote, rum, and a hint of lemon, celebrating Vienna’s culinary legacy with a contemporary twist.
