Four Disney Fantasy Cruises Canceled for 2025 Drydock Refurbishment: What Travelers Need to Know
Disney Cruise Line has announced the cancellation of four sailings aboard the Disney Fantasy in late 2025 due to revisions in the ship’s dry dock maintenance and refurbishment schedule. The affected voyages are set to depart on October 20, November 2, November 7, and November 12.
The October 20 cruise was particularly notable as it was a transatlantic repositioning from Southampton, UK, to Port Canaveral, Florida. In response to the cancellations, Disney will offer a revised 13-night repositioning itinerary, with booking availability starting February 6, 2025, and details regarding the new departure date to be released later.
Guests impacted by these cancellations will be fully refunded to their original payment method and will receive a 20% future cruise credit as compensation.

- November 2, 2025: 5-night Bahamas cruise from Port Canaveral
- November 7, 2025: 5-night Bahamas cruise from Port Canaveral
- November 12, 2025: 4-night Bahamas cruise from Port Canaveral
