Oceania Cruises Reveals Upgraded Dining Room Menus on the Allura Ship

Oceania Cruises has announced a significant enhancement to the dining experience aboard its newest ship, Allura, which is set to launch in July 2025. The company will introduce over 270 new recipes in The Grand Dining Room (MDR), a staple on all eight of its luxury vessels.

The revamped MDR menus will feature new breakfast options, including a dedicated Signature Eggs Benedict section and a rotating array of daily specials such as courgette waffles and Mexican burritos. Lunchtime will transform the MDR into La Brasserie, offering French bistro-inspired dishes alongside American classics. The lunch menu will also include a rotating vegetarian main course and selections of artisanal cheese and charcuterie.

Dinner service will see the most extensive overhaul with more than 200 new recipes added, including signature dishes curated by Chef Alexis Quaretti. New appetizers such as Scallop Panna Cotta and Pate en Croute will be part of the updated menu, along with redesigned entrees like slow-cooked Korean BBQ beef short rib and seafood vol-au-vent.

These enhancements highlight Oceania’s commitment to delivering a refined and diverse culinary voyage at sea. More details can be found on their website: Oceania Cruises.
