Oceania Cruises Elevates Culinary Experience with Enhanced Dining Room Menus on Allura Ship

Oceania Cruises is set to enhance the dining experience on its newest ship, the Allura, with reimagined menus for The Grand Dining Room (MDR), scheduled to launch in July 2025. The cruise line has developed over 270 new recipes that will be available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner across its fleet of eight luxury vessels.

The breakfast menu will feature a newly added Signature Eggs Benedict section, offering traditional options alongside variations such as Eggs Benedict Florentine and Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. Additional breakfast offerings will include a rotating selection of daily specials, like courgette waffles with smoked salmon or a Mexican burrito filled with scrambled eggs and sausage.

At lunch, The Grand Dining Room will transform into La Brasserie, presenting French bistro-inspired dishes. The lunch menu will include vegetarian options, an artisanal cheese plate, and a charcuterie selection. Diners can expect both traditional French dishes like Blanquette De Veau and American favorites such as Oceania’s signature cheeseburger.

Dinner will see the most significant changes, with 200 new recipes introduced. The new ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ section will highlight curated selections by Chef Alexis Quaretti. Appetizers may include Scallop Panna Cotta with caviar and Pate en Croute paired with mango chutney, while the entrees will feature slow-cooked Korean BBQ beef short ribs and a seafood vol-au-vent packed with various shellfish.
