Oceania Cruises Elevates Culinary Experience with New Dining Room Menus on Allura Ship
Oceania Cruises is set to enhance its dining experience aboard the new Allura ship, scheduled to launch in July 2025. The cruise line has developed over 270 new recipes for The Grand Dining Room (MDR), which serves all three daily meals across its eight luxury vessels.
Highlights of the revamped breakfast menu include a new Signature Eggs Benedict section featuring various styles, such as Eggs Benedict Florentine and Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, in addition to over 30 new refined recipes and daily specials. Lunch will transform the MDR into La Brasserie, presenting a selection of French bistro-inspired dishes alongside an artisanal cheese plate and charcuterie. Guests can enjoy rotating vegetarian main courses and popular items like the Oceania Cruises signature cheeseburger amidst traditional French offerings.
For dinner, the most significant changes will be implemented with over 200 new recipes added. A new ‘Chef’s Recommendations’ section will spotlight dishes selected by Chef Alexis Quaretti and his team. New starters will include items such as Scallop Panna Cotta with caviar, while entrees will range from slow-cooked Korean BBQ beef short rib to a seafood vol-au-vent featuring various shellfish.
These enhancements reflect Oceania’s commitment to delivering a diverse and sophisticated culinary experience at sea.
