Virgin Voyages has revamped its group booking initiative, now named “Circles, Groups, and Weddings” to better suit the needs of travel advisors and passengers. This updated program eliminates cabin minimums and deposits for the Circles tier, extends timelines for group formation, and introduces combinable benefits like discounts on future sailings.

Travel agents organizing groups of 10 or more cabins will receive a complimentary Sea Terrace cabin and a bonus commission of 2%. For pre-formed groups, a minimum of 8 cabins and a 30-day reservation hold is required, along with onboard beverage credits. The Weddings option permits ceremonies without a cabin requirement, ensuring guest accommodations are held for 30 days. Those booking through travel advisors will benefit from a 10% discount on voyages, US$300 in beverage credits, and special group dinner options at Michelin-inspired restaurants onboard.

In terms of fleet operations, Virgin Voyages plans to deploy all four of its ships — Brilliant Lady, Resilient Lady, Valiant Lady, Scarlet Lady — to the Caribbean for the winter season of 2024–2025. Key ports of call will include Grand Cayman, St. Maarten, and Curacao. Shore excursions will feature activities such as waterfall tours in Jamaica and cultural experiences in Dominica.

Virgin Voyages insists on maintaining its no non-commissionable fare (NCF) policy and continues to offer competitive commissions to advisors, along with price protection for bookings.
