Virgin Voyages has restructured its group booking initiative, now titled “Circles, Groups, and Weddings,” in an effort to better accommodate the needs of travel advisors and passengers. This revamped program introduces several significant changes such as eliminating minimum cabin requirements and deposits for the Circles tier, extending the timeframe for group formation, and permitting the combination of benefits like the My Next Virgin Voyage discounts.

Travel agents who organize groups of 10 or more cabins will receive a complimentary Sea Terrace cabin or a 2% commission bonus. For pre-formed groups, an 8-cabin minimum and a 30-day reservation hold will be required, with onboard beverage credits offered. The Weddings option has relaxed cabin requirements for ceremonies, still allowing for guest accommodations secured under a 30-day hold. Passengers booking through travel advisors can enjoy a 10% voyage discount, US$300 in beverage credits, and exclusive group dinners at Michelin-inspired onboard restaurants.

Operational updates include the deployment of Virgin Voyages’ full fleet of four ships—Brilliant Lady, Resilient Lady, Valiant Lady, and Scarlet Lady—to the Caribbean for the winter of 2024-2025. The ships will call at destinations including Grand Cayman, St. Maarten, and Curacao. Shore excursions will feature activities such as waterfall tours in Jamaica and cultural immersions in Dominica.
