Introducing the New Inclusive Fare on Residential Cruise Ships: Spa Treatments Included!

Villa Vie Residences, a Florida-based company, has launched a new all-inclusive lifestyle cruise offering called Unleashed Endless Horizons, enhancing their previous Endless Horizons cruise package. This innovative option, which was revealed on March 19, 2025, is designed for retirees looking to enjoy their retirement at sea, with comprehensive amenities including alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, and medical care.

The basic Endless Horizons package, launched in May 2024, includes essential services such as stateroom accommodation, all meals, laundry and housekeeping, and internet access. Prices for this package start at $299,999 for single occupancy and $499,999 for double occupancy in outside cabins.

In contrast, the more expansive Unleashed package comes with a price tag of $399,999 for a single guest and $699,999 for double occupancy, also for outside cabins. Mikael Petterson, Founder and Chairman of Villa Vie Residences, emphasized the initiative’s aim to provide a stress-free retirement experience filled with enjoyment and adventure.

The Villa Vie Odyssey, formerly known as the Braemar, embarked on its inaugural world cruise in October 2024 after substantial renovations. The ship sails continuously, visiting approximately 420 ports globally. Although initial bookings for the world cruise were estimated at just 125 guests, Villa Vie Residences is actively expanding its booking options to attract more passengers.

Such options include a seasonal ownership plan requiring a $24,999 per person fee for credits to redeem cabin stays, and the Tour La Vie program, allowing guests to purchase one to four years in an ocean-view villa starting at $49,999 per person for double occupancy in a one-year membership.

Currently sailing through South America, the Villa Vie Odyssey is set to transition to the Panama Canal and visit ports in Mexico and North America, including the US West Coast and Alaska, before continuing to Japan.
