Crescent Seas Set to Launch Luxury Residential Cruising Experience

Crescent Seas is set to introduce a luxury residential cruising initiative aboard the Navigator in 2026. This new venture is a collaboration with Crescent Heights, a prominent real estate development firm based in Miami, Florida.

For five decades, Crescent Heights has established itself as a leader in upscale living in prime locations worldwide. With Crescent Seas, the company aims to extend this vision onto the water. Russell W. Galbut, a co-founder of Crescent Heights and a notable figure in the cruise sector, emphasized that during their time at sea, travelers expressed a desire for more than just temporary vacations—they wanted an upscale lifestyle. As a response, they selected specific ships designed for transformation into luxurious cruising yachts.

Galbut elaborated, stating, "With most of the earth’s surface covered by water, it was natural to apply our extensive land development experience to crafting enchanting residences at sea. There’s no need to limit yourself to one destination when you can have a home that allows you to explore multiple vibrant cities around the globe."

The Navigator, which is the former Regent Seven Seas Navigator, is being managed by both Norwegian Cruise Line and the Apollo Group, who will handle technical and hotel management, respectively. The ship is scheduled for its inaugural voyage in December 2026, promising exclusive private residences, exceptional hospitality, modern amenities, and immersive global exploration.

Departing from PortMiami, the vessel will provide multi-night stays in captivating destinations, including popular locales and undiscovered gems inaccessible to larger ships. The interiors will feature offerings from three design firms, including MAWD, Lissoni & Partners, and Journey.

Residents can choose between one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations, ranging from 350 to 2,000 square feet, with prices starting at $500,000 and reaching up to $8 million. The Navigator will also boast unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi and direct dial satellite phone service.

Dining options will include seven restaurants, featuring a steakhouse and an Italian eatery, along with various bars and lounges. Furthermore, amenities will encompass a co-working space, a podcast room, and flexible studios for workshops and classes in diverse areas such as cooking and the arts. The ship will also offer unique features like a garden lounge with hydroponic plants and a dedicated spa and fitness center.

More information about the new luxury product and Crescent Seas is anticipated to be disclosed at an upcoming industry event in early April.
