As the inaugural season of the Norwegian Aqua approaches, Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled detailed deployment plans for its Prima Class ships.

Currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, the Norwegian Luna is expected to start service in April 2026, offering seven-night cruises from Miami.

Norwegian Aqua

• Homeports: Southampton, New York City, Port Canaveral, and Miami

Following a trans-Atlantic journey from Southampton to New York, the Norwegian Aqua will provide Caribbean cruises from Miami and Port Canaveral, and five- to seven-night itineraries to Bermuda from New York.

Norwegian Viva

• Regions: Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mediterranean

Since its launch in mid-2023, the Norwegian Viva sails from various North American and European ports, splitting its time between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean through 2027.

Norwegian Prima

After a summer in Northern Europe in 2025, the Norwegian Prima will start a new series of cruises to the Caribbean from Port Canaveral. The ship will also make its debut in New Orleans by late 2026, offering seven-night cruises to Mexico, Belize, and Honduras.
