Emerald Cruises Expands Fleet with Emerald Raiya, Emerald Xara, and Emerald Lumi by 2027

Emerald Cruises has announced an exciting expansion to its fleet, set to include two superyachts and a river ship due for delivery in 2027.

The new river vessel, named Emerald Lumi, is specifically designed for operations on France’s Seine River and will kick off its inaugural cruising experiences starting from Paris in 2027. This marks Emerald Cruises’ debut on this picturesque waterway with round-trip itineraries.

Scheduled superyacht debuts include Emerald Raiya in the winter of 2026-2027 and Emerald Xara in the winter of 2027-2028. Each superyacht will accommodate up to 128 guests in luxurious, all-suite accommodations. Full itinerary details and booking information are expected to be unveiled in June.

Emerald Raiya’s debut will take place in the Seychelles, with summer voyages planned for the eastern Mediterranean in 2027, followed by a return to the Seychelles for winter. Meanwhile, Emerald Xara will launch in the Mediterranean in the summer of 2027 and will move to the Caribbean for the 2027-2028 winter season, joining sister ships like Emerald Kaia, Emerald Azzurra, and Emerald Sakara.

These new additions are following the anticipated launches of Emerald Kaia and Emerald Astra, both scheduled for April 2026.

Emerald Cruises is also looking to preview its 2027-2028 deployment details in response to increasing demand from the charter and group sectors, particularly focusing on its luxurious superyacht offerings. Agents will have access to select yacht voyages for advanced planning and customized group options.
