Emerald Cruises Set to Launch Two Superyachts and a Riverboat in 2026-2027: Introducing Raiya, Xara, and Lumi
Emerald Cruises is set to expand its fleet with the addition of two superyachts and a riverboat, which are expected to be delivered in 2027. The riverboat, named Emerald Lumi, is specifically designed for the Seine River in France and will offer roundtrip itineraries that include stops in Paris, Honfleur, and Rouen, beginning in 2027.
The superyachts, Emerald Raiya and Emerald Xara, are scheduled to launch in December 2026 and April 2027, respectively. Each superyacht will accommodate up to 128 passengers in all-suite accommodations. While Emerald Raiya will kick off its inaugural season in the Seychelles and later sail the Eastern Mediterranean/Aegean Sea, Emerald Xara will begin its operations in the Mediterranean and move to the Caribbean during the winter of 2027-2028, joining other vessels in the fleet.
Emerald Cruises plans to release detailed itineraries and booking options in June of this year to cater to the increasing demand, especially from the charter and group markets. There will also be an emphasis on luxury superyacht experiences, providing agents with early access and planning support for group voyages.
