Virgin Voyages Unveils ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ on the Brilliant Lady

Virgin Voyages has unveiled ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle,’ a Spanish-inspired dining venue that will debut aboard the Brilliant Lady, the newest ship in its fleet. This addition follows the launch of ‘Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle,’ a Chinese-themed restaurant that made its debut on the Scarlet Lady in November 2024.

The culinary team at ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ will be led by renowned chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart, co-owners of the esteemed Pittsburgh charcuterie, Morcilla. The menu will feature unique dishes such as Oxtail Montadito, which includes braised oxtail, caramelized onion, Mahón cheese, and crostini.

In daytime hours, the venue will serve a Spanish-American twist on Razzle Dazzle’s brunch, offering items like jamón croquettes along with classics like acaí bowls, pastries, and frittatas. As night falls, ‘Rojo’ will transform into an upscale dining destination, showcasing dishes inspired by various regions of Spain including pintxos, tapas, and larger entrees.

Collaboration with Onada Consulting from Barcelona has led to a carefully curated beverage program, which draws inspiration from iconic bars in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, and San Sebastian. The drink offerings will include artisanal vermouths, sangrias, sherries, and cava spritzes.

The design of the restaurant features rich wooden accents and deep reddish-orange tones, with a mix of communal and intimate seating, reflecting the spirit of Spain’s communal dining traditions.

Along with the launch of ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle,’ Virgin Voyages is enhancing its other dining venues. ‘Extra Virgin’ will introduce new Italian dishes such as pastas, arancini, seafood risotto, and roasted monkfish. Additionally, ‘Gunbae,’ the fleet’s Korean BBQ restaurant, will expand its menu to include kimbap rolls, bulgogi fire meat, and bo ssam.
