Virgin Voyages Unveils ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ on the Brilliant Lady Ship

Virgin Voyages has unveiled a new Spanish-inspired dining experience named ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ aboard its latest ship, the Brilliant Lady. This restaurant follows the launch of ‘Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle,’ a Chinese dining venue that debuted on the Scarlet Lady in late 2024.

The culinary offerings at ‘Rojo by Razzle Dazzle’ will be spearheaded by chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart, who own the popular Spanish charcuteria Morcilla in Pittsburgh. The menu is set to include signature dishes such as the Oxtail Montadito, featuring braised oxtail, caramelized onion, Mahón cheese, and crostini.

During the day, guests will enjoy a brunch menu that creatively combines Spanish and American influences, offering dishes like jamón croquettes along with popular brunch items such as açaí bowls, pastries, and frittatas. In the evening, the restaurant will shift to a more upscale dining experience, presenting a menu inspired by various regions of Spain, including selections of pintxos, tapas, and larger entrees.

The beverage offerings will be crafted in partnership with Onada Consulting from Barcelona, inspired by the vibrant bar scenes in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, and San Sebastian. The drinks will include artisanal vermouths, traditional sangrias, sherries, and refreshing cava spritzes.

The design of ‘Rojo’ reflects communal dining traditions with its rich wooden accents and deep reddish-orange color scheme. The layout incorporates both communal tables and intimate seating arrangements.

In addition to this new venue, Virgin Voyages is refreshing other dining options within its fleet. Updates to ‘Extra Virgin’ will introduce new Italian dishes such as pastas, arancini, seafood risotto, and roasted monkfish, while ‘Gunbae,’ the Korean BBQ venue, is set to enrich its menu with items like kimbap rolls, bulgogi, and bo ssam.
