Explora Journeys Unveils Exciting New Explora Club Loyalty Program

Explora Journeys has introduced its inaugural loyalty program, the Explora Club, aimed at recognizing and rewarding loyal guests through a five-tier system. This program includes five levels: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, each determined by a points-based structure that takes into account nights spent at sea, suite category, and additional spending on destination experiences and eligible onboard purchases.

Guests can accumulate points for expenditures on spa services, specialty dining, beverages, laundry, and items purchased at The Journey boutique, earning 100 points for every EUR or US$1,000 spent. The tier thresholds are set as follows: Classic starts at 0 points, Silver ranges from 1 to 5,000 points, Gold from 5,001 to 20,000, Platinum from 20,001 to 50,000, and Diamond begins at 50,001 points. Past voyages will also contribute to one’s status in the Explora Club retroactively.

The program officially launched on April 9, 2025, with guests encouraged to enroll and start earning benefits, which become increasingly exclusive and valuable at higher tiers. By July 2025, members will be able to access a personalized digital platform called ‘My Explora’ that will display their loyalty level, benefits, and voyage history. Additionally, a status match initiative is available for those who have loyalty standings with other luxury cruise lines.

Each tier provides escalating benefits. Classic-level members receive a personalized welcome gift, while Silver members enjoy birthday acknowledgments and access to an exclusive cocktail event with ship leadership. Gold members benefit from curated turndown experiences and complimentary laundry services, while Platinum members gain priority for onboard services and invitations for behind-the-scenes tours. The top-tier Diamond members receive the most privileges, including a private shopping experience outside regular hours.

The Explora Club also includes offers such as savings and onboard credits. All members get exclusive offers, with Silver members and above enjoying savings at The Journey boutique and on future voyages. Platinum members can access onboard credits for wellness services, and Diamond members are entitled to a complimentary 7-night journey for two.

Pre-voyage services are tiered as well, with all members getting early access to new journeys and a dedicated online portal. From the Silver level onward, priority assistance becomes available, and Diamond members enjoy benefits like private airport transfers and complimentary suite upgrades, along with a unique opportunity to participate in the President’s Journey—an exclusive culinary and destination experience.
