Exploring the Diamond Princess: Highlights of the 2026–2027 Southeast Asia Cruise Season

Princess Cruises has announced its 2026–2027 Southeast Asia cruise program, featuring the Diamond Princess as the main vessel. The ship will operate from its homeport in Singapore from November 2026 to March 2027, undertaking 11 voyages that will explore 28 destinations across 8 countries.

Cruises will range from 10 to 31 days in length, with highlights including roundtrip journeys from Singapore to popular ports in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. Notable itineraries feature a 14-day sailing that stops in Kuala Lumpur (Port Kelang), Ho Chi Minh City (Phu My), and Laem Chabang (for Bangkok), coinciding with the festive holiday season. Additional extended voyages of 16 to 24 days will include destinations such as Ha Long Bay, Phuket, and Da Nang/Hue.

The program also includes sailings connecting Singapore and Japan, lasting from 14 to 31 days, passing through Taiwan and Vietnam. These journeys will allow passengers to experience longer stays in vibrant ports like Hong Kong, Osaka (for Kyoto), and Ha Long Bay.

Travelers will have the chance to visit 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Singapore’s Botanical Gardens and the Historic Monuments of Ancient Nara close to Osaka.

Accommodating 2,670 guests, the Diamond Princess offers a variety of onboard amenities designed for the region. Guests can indulge in dining options like Kai Sushi, sip Japanese-inspired cocktails crafted by mixologist Rob Floyd, or relax in the traditional Izumi bath. The ship also features Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria, the Lotus Spa, and Movies Under the Stars. Additionally, passengers can take advantage of the Princess MedallionClass experience, which offers personalized services and premium amenities.
