Star Voyager to Call Hong Kong Homeport for the 2025 Summer Season

Star Cruises has revealed that the Star Voyager will be homeporting in Hong Kong from June 27 to August 31, 2025. This marks a significant return for the Star Cruises brand to Hong Kong, a vital homeport for over three decades.

The Star Voyager is set to enhance cruise tourism in Hong Kong and the surrounding region by providing a variety of voyage options and highlighting Star Cruises’ dedication to the Asian cruise market.

Throughout the 2025 summer season, Star Voyager will offer itineraries ranging from 2 to 5 nights. Ports of call include destinations in Taiwan such as Taipei (Keelung), Kaohsiung, and Penghu, as well as Naha and Ishigaki in Japan. Notably, the popular 2-night Weekend High Seas Cruise will also be revived, departing every Friday for guests looking for short getaways by sea.

Taiwan Itineraries:

• 3-night Hong Kong–Kaohsiung–Penghu cruises: Departing Sundays on June 29, July 13, and August 10, 2025.
• 2-night Hong Kong–Kaohsiung cruises: Departing Wednesdays on July 2, July 16, and August 13, 2025.

These routes present opportunities to explore the cultural offerings in Kaohsiung and the scenic beauty of the Penghu archipelago.

Japan Itineraries:

• 5-night Hong Kong–Ishigaki–Naha cruises: Departing Sundays on July 6 and August 3, 2025.
• 5-night Hong Kong–Naha–Ishigaki cruises: Departing Sundays on July 20 and August 17, 2025.
