As a precaution, the port call at Geiranger has been removed from specific sailings, and Hellesylt will serve as the substitute destination.
The alterations affect voyages scheduled for May 3, 10, and 17, 2025, which will now feature a full-day stop in Hellesylt, a picturesque village located along Geirangerfjord’s shores. This change enables passengers to appreciate the area’s natural beauty while avoiding the inherent navigational difficulties that Geirangerfjord presents.
Hellesylt provides opportunities for various excursions that highlight Norway’s stunning landscapes, including mesmerizing waterfalls, imposing mountains, and deep fjords. Passengers can engage in nature walks, cultural tours, and visits to nearby villages for a deeper understanding of the region.

Currently, the MSC Euribia, which is powered by LNG, is repositioning to Northern Europe following its inaugural winter season in the Middle East.
