MSC Poesia to Set Sail on Extended Caribbean Voyages for Winter 2026–2027 Season

MSC Cruises has announced that the MSC Poesia will launch a series of extended Caribbean journeys during the winter of 2026–2027, specifically designed for Canadian travelers looking for sunny getaways.

These voyages will vary from 10 to 21 nights and will take place between October 2026 and March 2027. The cruise itinerary includes several enticing destinations, such as Oranjestad (Aruba), Kralendijk (Bonaire), Willemstad (Curacao), Puerto Limon (Costa Rica), Colon (Panama), Isla de Roatan (Honduras), Cabo Rojo (Dominican Republic), and Cartagena (Colombia).

To kick off the season, MSC Poesia will initiate a 20-night Panama Canal cruise that departs from Seattle to Miami on September 28, 2026. This cruise will stop at various ports, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Cabo San Lucas (Mexico), Puntarenas (Costa Rica), Colon (Panama), and Cartagena (Colombia).

Passengers will have the opportunity to enhance their cruise experience by choosing the Aurea Experience package, available starting July 1, 2025. This package includes perks such as priority disembarkation, a complimentary minibar refresh, an in-suite Nespresso coffee machine, spa access, and flexible dining arrangements.

In addition to MSC Poesia, MSC Cruises will operate seven ships from U.S. ports during the winter 2026–2027 season, offering various Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries. Many of these voyages will feature a visit to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas.
