The 2025 hurricane season is beginning with surprising activity in the eastern Pacific, where the first storm, Hurricane Barbara, formed on June 9. Despite the potential for itinerary changes resulting in disappointing missed ports, Carnival was careful to provide a positive experience. Captain Carlo reassured passengers that they would still visit all intended ports, though in a rearranged order. This thoughtful approach meant that passengers would not miss out on any scheduled stops, visiting Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Mazatlán, and Puerto Vallarta as planned, while still prioritizing safety.
