Asuka Cruises Unveils Exciting Deployment Plans for 2025-26 Season

Asuka Cruises has unveiled its deployment plans for the second half of 2025 and early 2026, including nearly 50 cruises. The Japan-based cruise line opened bookings for its new program in late May.

The highlight of the program is the Asuka III, which will commence service in late July, offering 53 itineraries from October 2025 to January 2026. A notable cruise is a ten-night voyage celebrating the New Year, which departs roundtrip from Yokohama and stops at Guam and Saipan, along with six days at sea.

Additionally, the Asuka III will operate cruises from Kobe, Osaka, and Nagoya, ranging from four to 12 nights. One of its key offerings is the “Autumn Cruise Around Japan,” a 12-night trip that circumnavigates Honshu, stopping at six destinations including Miyako, Moji, and Shodoshima. Asuka intends for the cruises to cater to various customer preferences and travel purposes.

The Asuka III recently arrived in Japan after a two-month delivery voyage from the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany. Concurrently, the Asuka II is set to offer 25 cruises starting on October 5, 2025, following its final world cruise this July. The itineraries will range from two to ten-night trips and will depart from multiple Japanese ports, including Yokohama, Osaka, Kobe, and Hakata. To ring in the New Year, Asuka II will head from Kobe on a ten-night journey to Taiwan, featuring stops in Keelung and Kaohsiung. The season will also incorporate themed cruises focusing on culinary experiences, music, and more.
