Norwegian Airlines Names Kiran Smith as New Chief Marketing Officer

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has appointed Kiran Smith as its new Chief Marketing Officer, following the transition of Adam Malone to the role of Senior Vice President of Guest Experience. Both executives will report to the company’s President, David J. Herrera, who is also a member of the senior leadership team.

In her new position, Smith will oversee the marketing team and focus on developing strategies that prioritize guest-centric data-driven approaches. She is expected to foster innovation within the marketing department, using the latest technologies to enhance demand for NCL’s upcoming ships and global destinations.

Smith’s previous experience spans executive roles in both national and international consumer brands, including serving as the CEO of Arnold Worldwide. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, specializing in Marketing.
