Star Voyager Announces Exclusive Weekend Voyages Between Hong Kong and Xiamen

Star Cruises has announced the introduction of six exclusive weekend cruises aboard the Star Voyager, slated to commence in the autumn of 2025. These short 2-night voyages will set sail from Ocean Terminal in Hong Kong on Friday evenings, heading to Xiamen, China.

The planned itineraries for these cruises are on September 19 and 26, October 3, 17, and 31, and November 14, 2025. Each voyage is designed to accommodate those seeking a brief getaway, departing at 20:00 on Friday and returning by 14:00 on Sunday. This new offering replaces the previously scheduled Weekend High Seas Cruises.

Michael Goh, president of StarDream Cruises, highlighted that this initiative aims to blend convenience with cultural exploration, allowing travelers to enjoy the sights and attractions of Xiamen without lengthy travel delays. Upon arrival, guests can take advantage of a full day in Xiamen, a city celebrated for its scenic coastline and historical significance. Notable attractions include Gulangyu Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its colonial architecture, Nanputuo Temple, and Zhongshan Road, where visitors can enjoy local cuisine and shopping.

Onboard, the Star Voyager will feature standard amenities such as specialty dining, live entertainment, spa services, and viewing lounges, catering to both leisure and cultural interests.
