The objective of the open day is to give prospective crew members a firsthand experience of life on a cruise ship. Participants will have the chance to take a guided tour, engage in discussions, and interact directly with the existing crew.

Candidates with prior cruise experience are welcome, but completion of relevant training or practical experience in the hospitality sector is necessary. Fluency in English is crucial due to the diverse nature of the crew and the international clientele.
