AROYA Cruises Set to Return to the Red Sea for the Exciting 2025-2026 Season

The Aroya ship is set to return to the Red Sea in its 2025-2026 season after successfully completing its inaugural summer sessions in the Mediterranean. This strategic rotational deployment aims to enhance Aroya’s presence in the global cruise market while building on the accomplishments of its initial voyages.

During the summer, the Aroya successfully transported over 20,000 passengers from Galataport Istanbul, showcasing beautiful destinations across Turkey, the Greek Isles, and Alexandria. This summer marked Aroya’s first expansion beyond its original regional routes since its launch in 2023.

The Mediterranean sailings will conclude on September 12 with an 8-night repositioning cruise from Istanbul to Jeddah, passing through notable stops including Kusadası, Bodrum, the Suez Canal, and Sharm El Sheikh. Upon reaching Jeddah, the ship will kick off the new season of Red Sea cruises starting September 20, 2025.

The upcoming Red Sea itineraries will include options for 3, 4, and 5-night voyages to ports such as the exclusive Jabal Al Sabaya Island, Safaga, Sharm El Sheikh, and the newly added Marsa Alam, offering travelers more diverse options directly from Egypt’s coastline.

Additionally, Aroya plans 7-night roundtrips from new homeports in Doha, Dubai, and Dammam, catering to both regional travelers and international guests exploring the Red Sea as part of larger expedition journeys. Dr. Joerg Rudolph, the president of Aroya, emphasized that the Mediterranean season was a significant milestone, attracting guests from the region and beyond.
