Discover the Magic of Destination Immersion After Dark with This Small-Ship Cruise Line

Azamara Cruises is set to enhance its nighttime cultural offerings in 2026 with the expansion of its acclaimed AzAmazing Evenings program. This initiative will introduce 35 new immersive experiences aimed at showcasing local traditions, music, and stories, making the most of each destination.

Originally launched in 2011, AzAmazing Evenings have proven to be a defining aspect of Azamara’s Destination Immersion philosophy, providing guests with unique experiences, either aboard the ship or ashore. Starting in 2026, cruises lasting nine nights or more will feature at least one AzAmazing Evening, while many shorter sailings will also offer special onboard celebrations.

“By focusing on extended port times and late-night stays, we enable guests to connect more profoundly with local cultures, especially when they can engage with a destination in its quieter, more intimate moments,” stated Azamara CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler.
