MSC Group has officially acquired SLAM.com S.p.A. from Vam Investments, expanding its influence in both the maritime and sporting sectors. Founded in 1979 in Genoa, SLAM is known globally for its high-quality technical apparel tailored for sailing, yachting, and other marine sports. Post-acquisition, SLAM will operate from its Genoa headquarters, continuing its existing product lines while also launching a new division focused on business-to-business services.
