AMADEUS Mira: Debuting in 2027 with Revolutionary Hybrid-Electric Propulsion
AMADEUS River Cruises has announced that its fleet will see the introduction of a new vessel, the AMADEUS Mira, set to launch in 2027. This ship will join its sister ship, the AMADEUS Aurea, which is scheduled to begin service in 2026.
The AMADEUS Mira is designed to navigate the Rhine, Main, and Danube rivers, carrying a total of 158 passengers with accommodations in 12 suites and 67 cabins. In line with AMADEUS’s focus on sustainability, the new ship will feature a modern hybrid-electric propulsion system, enhancing its eco-friendly capabilities compared to earlier models in the fleet.
Details regarding itineraries and pricing for the AMADEUS Mira have yet to be made public.
