Gotland Alandia Cruises Announces Exciting New Gdańsk Voyage for MS Birka Gotland in Summer 2026
Gotland Alandia Cruises has announced plans to add Gdańsk, Poland, as a new destination for its ship MS Birka Gotland in the summer of 2026. Passengers will depart from Stockholm on August 30th and September 13th. Gdańsk is renowned for its cultural heritage and historic architecture, highlighted by the UNESCO-listed Old Town and significant waterfront landmarks. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the city’s Hanseatic legacy along with nearby Sopot and local amber-crafting traditions.
In addition to the new Gdańsk itinerary, Gotland Alandia Cruises will continue to operate its existing Baltic routes, which include stops at the High Coast of Sweden, the Danish island of Bornholm, and Riga in Latvia. The Stockholm to Visby route will also remain available.
Bookings for the extended summer season, featuring the Gdańsk sailings, are currently open.
