Riverside Teams Up with Approach Guides and Rallio for Strategic Partnership
Riverside Luxury Cruises has announced a partnership with Approach Guides and Rallio aimed at enhancing marketing and sales capabilities for travel advisors. This makes Riverside the first river-only cruise line to provide co-brandable content experiences for agents.
The initiative includes the creation of custom marketing pages termed "content experiences," which will be supported by a co-branded website. Travel advisors will have access to this service at no cost, only needing to enter their email addresses to begin.
Approach Guides will offer the technology to power these tailored content experiences, which will display Riverside’s itineraries, destination offerings, and unique onboard experiences. Jennifer Raezer, co-founder and CMO of Approach Guides, pointed out that Riverside’s adoption of this technology is pioneering within the river cruise sector.
Additionally, Riverside collaborates with Rallio, a leader in social media automation, to incorporate co-branded content into agents’ social media posts, enhancing engagement and conversion rates. The automated social posts generated will create immediate links to the personalized content provided by Approach Guides.
