MSC Explora Journeys Enhances Loyalty Program for Travelers
Explora Journeys, the luxury ocean travel brand under MSC Group, has launched a structured referral initiative as part of its Explora Club loyalty program. This new program, initiated in December 2025, aims to reward existing members for their loyalty and attract new guests.
Since its launch in April 2025, the Explora Club has provided members with various benefits, including early access to itineraries and exclusive onboard events. With the introduction of the referral component, current members can now nominate up to 10 potential guests each calendar year. These prospective guests must not have sailed with Explora Journeys before. Upon joining the Explora Club, they will earn Future Journey Credits that can be applied to their first booking, as well as loyalty points that accumulate after completing their initial voyage.
The referring member is also granted equivalent credits and points when the referred guest finishes their first trip. The loyalty program’s tiered structure ranges from Classic to Diamond status, with each tier offering greater rewards as members accumulate points.
Explora Journeys emphasizes that this referral initiative is a part of their broader strategy to foster a lasting connection between their guests and the ocean travel experience, highlighting the potential for shared adventures and enhanced engagement.
