Royal Caribbean Unveils New Beach Club Experience at Nassau’s Paradise Island
Royal Caribbean’s Royal Beach Club on Paradise Island has officially opened, welcoming its first passengers on December 23, 2025. This destination is touted as the first of its kind, merging the vibrant atmosphere of the Bahamas with Royal Caribbean’s renowned hospitality.
The club’s opening followed a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by government officials and community members alongside Royal Caribbean executives. CEO Michael Bayley shared that the club was designed in direct response to guest requests for more vacation experiences in the Bahamas, emphasizing its appeal for all types of travelers.
The Royal Beach Club features two beaches, offers a variety of beach parties, and boasts the largest swim-up bar in the world, known as The Floating Flamingo. Additional highlights include three pools, several beach grills, and numerous waterfront bars. The venue also integrates Bahamian culture through its architecture, live entertainment, artisan shops, and culinary offerings.
As part of a public-private partnership with the Bahamian government, the development was executed with an emphasis on responsible practices, supporting local businesses and creating employment opportunities within the community.
