Riviera Travel UK to Expand Fleet with the Launch of Riviera Reflection in 2027
UK-based Riviera Travel has announced plans to expand its fleet with the introduction of the new riverboat, Riviera Reflection, set to begin operations in September 2027. This ship will be part of the Radiance Class, joining existing vessels Riviera Radiance and Riviera Resplendence, and is primarily designed to navigate the Danube River.
Riviera Reflection will have a capacity of 178 passengers distributed across 89 staterooms on three decks. It will retain key design elements from earlier Radiance-class ships, including a distinctive split-level lounge and a new dining venue, the specialty restaurant/bar lounge named Mosaic.
Specific itinerary details for the new vessel will be announced when bookings open on March 18, 2026. Like its sister ships, Riviera Reflection will be chartered from the shipowner, Scylla AG, underscoring Riviera Travel’s commitment to enhancing its river cruise offerings, particularly for its British clientele along European waterways.
