Cruise Saudi’s travel branch, AROYA Cruises, has announced its inaugural Arabian Gulf season, set to operate from February 21 to May 8, 2026. This deployment signifies the launch of a series of Persian Gulf itineraries by a local brand, extending its operations beyond the Red Sea and Eastern Mediterranean.
The season will offer various voyages, including short regional trips and week-long cruises visiting key Gulf destinations, such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Muscat. The itinerary also includes less-visited coastal spots like Khasab and Sir Bani Yas Island, enhancing access to both popular cruise hubs and emerging destinations.
For added flexibility, AROYA will allow passengers to embark or disembark at various ports during the cruise, rather than at a single homeport. This strategy supports regional cruise infrastructure development while offering travelers more choices.
The season’s first 7-night cruise will begin in Dubai and will visit Khasab, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and end at Sir Bani Yas Island. Additional voyages with diverse durations will accommodate various travel styles and preferences throughout the season.
Onboard the ship, AROYA will incorporate local cultural elements and hospitality, combined with international amenities. Premium categories will provide upgraded accommodation options to enhance the guest experience.
This inaugural Gulf season is a crucial step in AROYA’s mission to establish a strong regional cruise brand with international appeal, following its previous operations in the Red Sea and Eastern Mediterranean.
