MSC Cruises Unveils Exciting Winter 2027-2028 Northern Europe and Mediterranean Itinerary
MSC Cruises has announced the opening of reservations for its winter 2027-2028 sailings, focusing on routes in northern Europe and the Mediterranean. To encourage early bookings made by April 13, 2026, the cruise line is offering discounted beverage packages.
The northern Europe itinerary will feature departures from the UK’s port of Southampton on the MSC Preziosa, with stops planned at notable destinations including Hamburg, Zeebrugge, Rotterdam, and Le Havre. Fares for a 7-night round trip, departing on November 24, 2027, start at GBP 469 per person for cabin-only arrangements.
In the Mediterranean, cruises will depart from various ports including Barcelona, Valencia, Genoa, and Bari. The vessels operating in this region will include the soon-to-be-launched MSC World Asia, as well as MSC Euribia, MSC Seaview, MSC Lirica, MSC Magnifica, and MSC Orchestra. An example itinerary includes a 7-night cruise on MSC Lirica, starting from GBP 574 per person, with a departure on January 16, 2028, from Valencia and scheduled stops in Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Livorno, and Civitavecchia, which serves as the port for Rome.
Antonio Paradiso, the company’s international sales vice president, highlighted that this sales opening covers both northern Europe and Mediterranean cruises. He noted that the diverse routes aim to appeal to various preferences, with the fleet offering a wide range of entertainment and dining options. Paradiso also mentioned the temporary discount on drink packages for bookings made before the April deadline and acknowledged the crucial role travel agents play in marketing these itineraries to potential travelers.
