MSC Cruises Unveils Fleetwide Interactive Robots and Exciting Game Shows
In preparation for the upcoming 2026 sailing season, MSC Cruises has announced an exciting new entertainment program that incorporates advanced robotic technology. This initiative is part of a broader effort to refresh their entertainment strategy across their fleet.
The program features artificial intelligence-driven robotic dogs created with Unitree Robotics, alongside humanoid robots that have already been tested on one of MSC’s ships in Asia. These robots are set to appear on additional sailings, including portions of the 2026 World Cruise. They will participate in meet-and-greet sessions, parades, and interactive workshops, aimed particularly at introducing younger passengers to robotics and technology, while also being integrated into existing family events.
In addition to the robotics, MSC is expanding its entertainment offerings with new game shows focused on music and trivia, updated signature parties with modern music and staging, and a wider selection of live performances and theater productions. This diverse programming aims to cater to guests of all ages and includes the traditional family-oriented parades and educational activities, enhanced with cutting-edge interactivity.
