Regent Seven Seas Cruises Unveils Exciting 2029 World Voyage Aboard the Seven Seas Mariner
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced its upcoming 150-night 2029 World Cruise, named "Eras of Exploration," aboard the Seven Seas Mariner. This grand voyage is set to depart from Miami, Florida on January 6, 2029, concluding in Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy, after a journey that will cover around 37,000 nautical miles.
Throughout the nearly five-month cruise, the ship will stop at 70 ports across 31 countries, reaching all seven continents. The adventure begins in South America, featuring a navigation of the Amazon River, before heading south to Antarctica. Post-Antarctic explorations will include a passage across the Pacific to Polynesia, followed by a visit to Australia, Southeast Asia, and a series of destinations in the Indian Ocean. The itinerary also includes significant stops in India and historic locations such as Petra/Aqaba and the Nile region.
Travelers will have access to 326 complimentary shore excursions and enjoy 13 overnight stays in ports, allowing for deeper exploration of locales such as Lima (Callao) in Peru and Sydney in Australia. The route will encompass visits to 57 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The luxurious Seven Seas Mariner, which accommodates around 700 passengers, recently underwent refurbishments including upgrades to suite interiors and redesigned bathrooms. A new Epicurean Enrichment Studio has also been introduced on board for culinary experiences.
Fare details for the 2029 world voyage start at approximately $99,999 per person for a Deluxe Veranda Suite, while the largest Signature Suite can cost up to $344,999 per guest. Reservations for this once-in-a-lifetime journey will begin on April 1, 2026.
