MSC World Europa Announces Caribbean Itinerary for Winter 2026-2027
MSC Cruises has announced a revised itinerary for its cruise ship MSC World Europa for the Winter 2026–2027 season. Originally set to operate from the Middle East, including stops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, the ship will now be repositioned to the Caribbean. This shift aligns with MSC’s aim to bolster its market presence in the region.
The updated schedule will feature 7- and 14-night sailings, departing from homeports in the French Antilles, specifically Fort-de-France (Martinique), Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), and Bridgetown (Barbados). Passengers can expect visits to a variety of destinations in the Caribbean, such as Castries (Saint Lucia), Saint George (Grenada), Philipsburg (Sint Maarten), St. John’s (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (Saint Kitts and Nevis), Roseau (Dominica), and Kingstown (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).
This deployment will mark MSC World Europa’s first time sailing in the French Antilles and represents an expansion of the company’s winter offerings in the Southern Caribbean. The ship will take the place of MSC Seaview, which will be assigned to Brazil and Argentina during the same period.
Guests who had previously booked sailings on MSC World Europa for the Middle East itinerary will be contacted to discuss their options, including transferring to different sailings or requesting refunds. However, those with bookings on MSC Seaview from the French Antilles will see no changes to their itineraries.
MSC Cruises stated that this redeployment is a response to strong demand for Caribbean cruising during the northern hemisphere winter, while allowing for flexibility in their global itinerary strategy. The MSC World Europa, an LNG-powered vessel that joined the fleet in 2022, is designed to cater to a wide range of travelers, enhancing MSC’s offerings in the Caribbean market.
