The partnership aimed to enhance onboard experiences by merging fine dining with engaging narratives and travel experiences. Chef Lee designed a unique French dining menu for the event, paired with selections from Veuve Clicquot. Highlights of the menu included dishes like escargot vol-au-vent, prosciutto with mesclun salad, bouillabaisse maison, and a decadent chocolate mousse with dulce de leche espuma.
Although Chef Lee only participated in this specific cruise, the special menu will be available on future Genting Dream sailings from early May to early July 2026, further extending this culinary experience to more guests.
