Regent Seven Seas is set to launch its new luxury cruise ship, Seven Seas Prestige, in December. The ship features a unique sports deck called the Solara Sports Deck, designed in collaboration with SMC Architects. This deck will boast a competition-sized padel court, a pickleball court, and an expansive 18-hole putting green, making it one of the few cruise ships to include a padel court.
Located on deck 14, the sports area will also host a sunrise and sunset yoga area, along with digital gaming systems featuring shuffleboard. Additional activities will include mini-bowling, chess, baggo, and table tennis. The Solara Sports Deck will be open all day, offering wellness classes and tournaments for guests.
The Seven Seas Prestige has a capacity of 822 passengers and will embark on its maiden voyage from Barcelona to Miami on December 13. Onboard amenities will include butler service, luxury lounges, and a new Mediterranean mezze-style restaurant named Azure. Guests can choose from twelve suite categories, including the extravagant £20,000-per-night Skyview Regent Suite.
Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, emphasized the ship’s design focuses on combining wellness and leisure, aiming to provide travelers with an active yet luxurious experience against stunning vistas.
