Walker began his professional journey working alongside his family at Torchio’s Deli before transitioning to Apollo, where he became an integral part of the organization. His contributions to Apollo were significant; the company highlighted how he grew with them through various challenges and successes, creating lasting relationships that extended beyond mere business interactions.
Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Walker was raised in Pennsylvania with his parents, Ethel and Worley, and his siblings, Carolyn, Rick, and Steve. His extensive industry knowledge and the strong bonds he forged with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners were particularly noted by his peers at Apollo.
He is survived by his daughters, Meredith and Lindsay. The company reflected on his legacy, stating, “After 28 years together, Terry leaves behind much more than a professional legacy. He leaves behind friendships, stories, memories and a permanent place in the history of Apollo.”
