MSC World Asia Unveils Five Exciting New Bar and Lounge Concepts

MSC Cruises is set to enhance the experience on its upcoming ship, MSC World Asia, launching in December 2026, by introducing five new bar and lounge concepts. These new venues will complement the extensive selection of 40 bars, lounges, and cafés already present on the ship. The array of offerings will include a range of customizable non-alcoholic beverages, Italian aperitivos, and cocktails inspired by Southeast Asian flavors.

One notable venue is the Clubhouse and Soda Bar, which draws inspiration from the nostalgia of the 1980s and 1990s. Here, guests can craft their own soft drinks by choosing a soda base and mixing in flavors and toppings. The Clubhouse will also provide entertainment, featuring MSC Cruises-themed games, digital tables for interactive fun, and even a LEGO area for younger visitors. In the evenings, this space will transform into a bar offering both cocktails and mocktails.

Another addition is the Sky Box Bar within the Luna Park Arena, offering a more refined atmosphere that emphasizes premium drinks and specialty cocktails. Utilizing a design that reflects the early 20th-century Futurist movement, the cocktail menu will spotlight reimagined classics alongside live mixology demos.

The Terraces Bar & Lounge will provide panoramic sea views and present an Italian aperitivo experience. Guests can look forward to traditional drinks like Negroni and Aperol Spritz, accompanied by Italian delicacies like focaccia and olives, as well as live music and expert-led wine tastings available for an extra fee.

At the Coral Cove Pool, the Coral Cove Bar will serve a selection of classic poolside beverages, inspired by the beauty of Philippine coral reefs.

Additionally, the Pan Asian Bar will overlook the Promenade and be part of the Pan Asian Street Food restaurant, offering a drinks menu that includes jasmine mojitos and matcha coladas, alongside beers sourced from across Asia, as well as Oceanic Asian, a unique draft beer crafted onboard.

MSC World Asia will also feature established MSC Cruises bar concepts such as Coffee Emporium and Fizz – Champagne Bar. The ship is set to begin its inaugural service with a seven-night Mediterranean cruise starting on December 4, 2026, showcasing 13 new experiences and redesigned spaces compared to the first World Class vessel, MSC World Europa.
