Disney Cruise Line’s next ship, Disney Believe, is scheduled to begin sailing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on December 18, 2027. It will offer four- and five-night Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries, with some sailings visiting Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
The fourth ship in the Wish class will bring new experiences inspired by Disney stories, including the first “Encanto” stage musical at sea and a new “Frozen” family dining experience. Its Grand Hall will draw inspiration from “Moana,” while Broadway-style entertainment will also include Tangled: The Musical and Disney Seas the Adventure.
Entertainment and family activities
Returning favorites will include Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party, Hero Zone, Disney Uncharted Adventure, and the Wonderland and Never Land Cinemas.
Children ages 3 to 10 can explore five themed spaces at the Oceaneer Club: Marvel Super Hero Academy, Fairytale Hall, Star Wars: Cargo Bay, Walt Disney Imagineering Lab, and Mickey and Minnie’s Captain’s Deck. The club entrance will feature a “Monsters, Inc.” theme. The ship will also have an “it’s a small world” nursery for children from 6 months to 3 years.
Dining and lounges
A new restaurant, Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, will be set in a forest courtyard and feature characters including Oaken, Anna, and Kristoff, alongside live music inspired by the “Frozen” films. The ship will also include returning restaurants 1923 and Worlds of Marvel.
Other announced food and drink venues include Inside Out: Joyful Sweets, Big Hero Sips, Cafe Kakamora, and Mickey’s Festival of Foods. For adults seeking a more elevated meal, Palo Steakhouse and Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement will be available.
The ship’s lounges will include the returning Haunted Mansion Parlor, Sea Notes—a piano lounge inspired by Ariel’s grotto—and Wishing Well, a gathering place themed around “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” Skygazers will offer an observatory-inspired pub atmosphere, with craft beers, cocktails, and light bites.
Pool deck and accommodations
Disney Believe will feature the AquaMouse water attraction, a Toy Story-themed splash area for young children, seven swimming pools, and three themed districts.
Staterooms will feature Disney-inspired papercut artwork and family-friendly layouts, including plentiful storage. Most rooms will have split bathrooms, while 70% will include verandahs. More than 450 connecting doors will provide options for larger families.
The ship’s two-story Believe Tower Suite, located in the funnel, will span nearly 2,000 square feet and sleep up to eight guests. Its design will include references to Magic Kingdom’s themed lands, as well as fixtures inspired by fireworks and balloons.
The ship is part of Disney Cruise Line’s expansion plans, which aim to bring the fleet to 13 vessels by 2030.
